We are an organization founded in 2014 by DC residents from all 8 Wards who struggled to find employment opportunities in Washington, DC. We are committed to using our collective years of Workforce Development and Employer Engagement experience in Washington, DC and the Metropolitan Area to address the hiring disparities that affect many DC residents.
All donations given will be used towards creating training, career placement, and retention programs for residents of Washington, DC.
